Joy Parker-Fleming (Senior Patient Advisor)
Joy has been actively involved in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery, since 1989. She has extensive knowledge of the discipline having worked in surgical units across the UK and with a variety of surgeons globally.
Her extensive and varied experience ranges from the delivery of patient care, accompanying patients to theatre, observing procedures and patient recovery, essentially meeting the needs of the patient until they were fully discharged. This care and support has generally continued long after the discharge from the surgeon's care, greatly enhancing the patient's recovery and level of satisfaction.
Her advice is regularly sought after from the national press to TV companies researching for Cosmetic/Plastic surgery programmes. Joy has been an invited guest on numerous radio stations including, BBC Radio 2, Five Live, BBC Radio Scotland, with appearances on Channel 5, BBC Look North, the Kirsty Show, NBC, CNN, 5 Live news, and hosted her own series of one hour phone-in programmes on London's Spectrum radio. She is a featured personality on the Expertsonline website.

Dr Catherine Hood (BA BMBCh (Oxon)
Dr Catherine Hood qualified in medicine from the University of Oxford where she won several prizes for her studies. She subsequently lectured at the Oxford Medical School in Communication Skills, based in Ethox, the Oxford Centre for Ethics and Communication in Healthcare, a post she held for nine years.
She regularly travels to lecture in the UK and Europe. Catherine has worked in the field of female health for twelve years and is currently an associate specialist at St George’s Hospital, London. She studied psychosexual medicine and is a member of the Institute of Psychosexual Medicine.
Catherine is an experienced broadcaster and writer. She recently presented the popular series ‘A Girl’s Guide to 21st Century Sex’ for Channel FIVE, is the Agony Aunt for GMTV’s LK Today (ITV1) and regularly appears on ‘The Wright Stuff’ Channel (FIVE). She was the face of the ‘Discovery Health Channel’ and has contributed to documentaries for Channel 4, BBC3 and FIVE. Catherine writes a weekly relationship column in the Sunday Mirror and is a regular contributor to many national magazines including ‘B’ and ‘Company’.

Francine Kaye
Francine joined the Patient Advisory Team to advise patients on the science of looking good and feeling great. She brings the latest non-invasive technologies and anti-aging strategies that motivate patients to look and feel their best pre and post op. Her experience in the area of customised health and anti-aging solutions is invaluable in creating superior benefits from the inside out.
Francine is the author of Time to Live, published by Hodder and is a regular feature writer for Woman and Home, Prima, Red, Psychologies, Lloyds TSB to name a few, among numerous publications Corporate clients include: Price Waterhouse Coopers, St James Partnership, Ernst & Young, BP, Nokia UK, Lloyds TSB, , JP Morgan, Orange, 20th Century Fox, BMW Headquarters, , Express Newspapers, Guinness - Diaego, Car Phone Warehouse, One-Tel, Dixon's, Holmes Place Health Clubs, Francine also maintains a client base of professional individuals, personal clients, entrepreneurs and young people.

Susan Hepburn GNEAH, MAHP, MNCH, MNCP. Accredited Hypnotherapist / Psychotherapist
Susan has been practicing in Harley Street for 17 years. She has successfully treated many patients who have fears and phobias as well as smokers (now non-smokers) at her clinics, both in Harley Street and the City.
Susan has been a PAS team member since 2000 and has been invaluable in helping many patients boost their self esteem in preparation to embark on a weight loss regime and in some cases obesity surgery.
She has been invited as a guest on many TV and radio shows to discuss her stop smoking techniques and more recently to discuss her best selling book 'Stop Smoking in One Hour' published by Thorsons. These interviews include the following:
